We bought an 818 square feet 2 BHK flat for about 39.26 Lakh. It’s ready to move in, which meant we could settle in before the new school term started. The location in Metha Nagar, Kundrathur is developing nicely. We have 24X7 water supply, which is a big relief. The power backup is also good. The building looks decent and the construction by Mothis construction pvt.ltd.ltd seems solid enough for our needs. We are happy with the convenience it offeour family.
