Finding a home near good schools is always a priority for us. Moraya Shashwat is located in Pimpri, Pimpri Chinchwad, and is literally a short distance from Podar International School. This was a huge deciding factor. The project by Moraya Associates offe2 and 3 BHK flats with decent carpet areas; the 3 BHKs go up to 920 square feet. We are looking at a 3 BHK. The under-construction status means we have to wait until December 2027, but it also gives us time. The inclusion of a children's play area is not mentioned, which is a slight miss for us, but the location is strong.
