Sainath Hospital is also just minutes away, which is reassuring. We opted for a 1 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 366 Sq.ft, priced at 16.8 Lakh. The project being ready to move was a significant advantage for us. The amenities like the entrance lobby and lift are well-maintained. The 24x7 security is a must for us with kids. The proximity to the Pune-Nashik Highway (NH 50) and Dehu-Alandi Road provides good road connectivity. The car parking is also sufficient for our needs.
