Decided on Moonglade Apartments mainly for the kids. It's great that Rockwell & Phoenix Greens Schools are nearby, making school runs much easier. We are looking at a 4 BHK flat, as we need the extra space; these are between 3535 sq.ft and 3950 sq.ft. The project is under construction, so we have some time before possession. The clubhouse sounds huge, over 135,000 sq.ft, which will keep the family entertained. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, but hope it settles down after completion. The location in West Hyderabad is convenient overall.
