The developer, MAHESHA INFRAVALLEY ALLEY LLEY LEY EY Y, has included some interesting features like the Meditation Deck & Green Zen Spaces. The main concern for me is the accessibility from Hapur Road & NH-9; sometimes the traffic can be quite heavy, especially during rush hour.
