We just booked our fit apartment here, a 2 BHK. The super builtup area is around 700 sq.ft which seems decent for a start. My parents liked that it's a G+4 building, not too high. The developer, Oiendrila PromoteAnd DevelopePvt Ltd, mentioned completion by March 2027 so we have time. Location in Nayabad, Bikash Guha Colony is okay, close enough to Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Road. I am a bit worried about the construction dust for now, but hopefully that will settle down. The parking is an additional 4 Lakhs which is quite a lot. Overall, we are hopeful about this new chapter.
