Being ready to move was a significant factor for me. The availability of essential amenities like car parking, 24x7 water supply, and lifts makes daily life convenient. Its close proximity to St. Germain's Academy and Shivajinagara Bus Station is a major plus. The only slight drawback is that the building is quite old, and I'm concerned about potential wear and tear over the yea, especially since OC details are not readily available. Still, the location is hard to beat for convenience.

It's a ready to move property, built in 1998, which is quite old but the location in Shivaji Nagar is excellent. It's very close to St. Germain's Academy, just a minute's walk, and the Shivajinagara Bus Station is only four minutes away. My parents need basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts, which are available. The 3 BHK flats are around 2000 square feet, which is plenty of space for them. The price starting from 60 Lakhs seemed reasonable given the prime location. I wish they had received their Occupancy Certificate, but since it's an older building, maybe that's not a major issue. Car parking is included, which is good.
