We bought a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 374 square feet for around 45 Lakhs. The project was ready to move in, completed in December 2022. It has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system. The nearby Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also a significant advantage for us. While the flat size is adequate for us currently, we do hope the development around the area progresses to include more parks or recreational spaces for kids nearby.
