    We finally decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 3 BHK here. Moksha Sampada Enclave in Paldi seemed like a good option given the location. It is ready to move which was important for us. The super builtup area is 1845 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious compared to what we had before. Reaching our schools is convenient, especially since Sheth C N Vidyalaya is just about half a kilometer away. The Paldi Metro Station is also quite close, nearby. My only worry is the traffic on the main road during peak houIt can get quite congested. Otherwise, the Moksha Group seems to have delivered a decent product.

Moksha Sampada Enclave in Paldi was ready to move, which made the transition much smoother. The 3 BHK flat is large, 1845 Sq.ft, offering plenty of space. Being close to Mahalaxmi Cross Road means amenities are easily accessible. The metro station is also just a kilometre away. The main concern for me is the lack of immediate OC received information, which makes me slightly hesitant about the long-term legal standing, although the building was completed in 2016. The developer, Moksha Group, appeato have completed the project on time. I'm hoping the surrounding area develops further to ease some of the current traffic.
