The 2 BHK apartments are 800 square feet, providing decent space for our two children. Living in a gated community with solar fencing and 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind regarding safety. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. The price point of 33.39 Lakh onwards was also manageable for us. Modi Properties Pvt Ltd has included a creche/day care facility, which is a nice touch. The main concern is that Shamirpet can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development in the area.

It is also very close to the Leonia Resorts Road. The only thing that concerned us slightly was the lack of immediate OC received status, but the builder assured us it would be sorted soon. We are looking forward to moving in.
