The 3 BHK unit with 1011 square feet carpet area feels quite spacious compared to other buildein the area. MM Engineeand Consultants has ensured the building is ready to move which saved me a lot of time and trouble with shifting. Having the Nandan Kanan Road just 50 meteaway is a huge advantage for my daily commute to the office. The connectivity to the main parts of Bhubaneswar is quite convenient. I checked the documentation thoroughly and it seems sorted. Would definitely suggest visiting if you are looking for something solid.
