The location is fantastic; St. Lawrence High School is very close, which is great for our kids. Also, the Kalighat Metro Station being just 0.21 kilometeaway means my husband can easily commute to his school. The developer, Mitra Industry, seems reliable. The project is under construction, with completion scheduled for March 2026. We need reliable water supply, which is listed as 24x7, and energy management. The only drawback is that the parking space seems a bit limited, which might be an issue later.
