Moving my parents closer to their hospital was a priority, and Minthomes The Green Nest fit the bill perfectly. Sri Ramakrishna Hospital is nearby, which gives us great peace of mind. We looked at the 1400 square feet 3 BHK configuration for them. The apartment is spacious enough for both of them. It's ready to move in, which was ideal as we didn't want them waiting. Minthomes has been decent to deal with. One thing we noticed is that the surrounding area can be a bit dusty, especially during construction phases nearby, though it’s an older project. Overall, the proximity to essential services is the main reason for our purchase.
