    Moving from our rental place in Jaipur was a priority, and Mindha Enclave by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper seemed like a good upgrade. We liked that it is ready to move in and already has the OC. The Bani Park location is convenient, and having Tagore Public School Shastri Nagar nearby is a plus for our peace of mind, even though our kids are grown. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected, especially the second bedroom, but the overall layout is functional. We are also a bit concerned about the dust from the nearby NH - 8 construction sites, though it seems to be settling down. We are hoping the maintenance by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper is up to par. Indiabulls Finance offered us a good loan package.
