    My partner and I booked a 2 BHK in Millennium Falcon. The size is good, around 818 sq.ft, perfect for us. We liked the idea of a rooftop club and the swimming pool for weekend relaxation. The developer, Millennium Develope, has a decent reputation. The project is in Tathawade, Pune, and completion is slated for December 2028. The price is in the range of 88.21 Lakh to 90.2 Lakh. We are also looking forward to the yoga/meditation area. The only slight drawback is that the actual address in Ram Nagar means a short drive on a narrower lane to get to the main road, which might be inconvenient sometimes. But overall, the amenities and the flat size are impressive.
