Midas Constructions completed this project back in June 2021, and it's ready to move in. The area, Pimpri Chinchwad, Talwade, is developing, which made it an attractive investment. I was particularly interested in the closed car parking facility, as I have two vehicles. While the project has amenities like a fire fighting system and power backup, the OC status wasn't readily available, which is something I usually check closely. Still, the developer's track record gave me some confidence. The wall climbing facility is a unique amenity.
