We finally moved into our villa at MG Sun City 3 in Rupnagar a few weeks ago. The 2100 square feet super builtup area for the 3 BHK is quite generous, giving us plenty of space to relax. The landscaped garden and tree planting around the complex are very well done and provide a nice, green environment. It feels peaceful here. We also appreciate the utility shops and ATM within the premises; it’s convenient for daily errands. The construction seems solid, built with an earthquake-resistant RCC framed structure, which gives us peace of mind. MGP has delivered a good quality home.
