This is my fit time buying real estate and I chose Jeet Hemkunt Enclave because it seemed like a reliable option. The project by Jeet Properties Pvt Ltd at Bal Sanda offeready to move plots which is great because I do not want to wait long to start building. I opted for a plot measuring 2691.0 Sq.ft which gives me plenty of space for a spacious house. The area is quite quiet which I appreciate a lot. My only concern is that there are not many shops within walking distance, so having a vehicle is definitely mandatory for daily supplies. The landscaping adds a nice touch to the whole layout. It is a decent investment for the future.

I bought a plot here as a long term investment. Jeet Hemkunt Enclave is a decent project and the reputation of Jeet Properties Pvt Ltd helped me decide quickly. The plot size of 2690.98 Sq.ft is standard and easy to sell or build on later. My main issue is the lack of immediate public transport nearby, though the bus stand is not too far away at nearby. It is a ready to move space, which is good for my planning. The open car parking is well planned, but I think they could have added a few more lights on the internal roads. Overall, it is a stable purchase for someone looking to hold land in a developing area of Rupnagar.
