I chose MG Krutanjali Apartments for my parents who are living in Nagpur. The proximity to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute was a major deciding factor for me, providing peace of mind. The 2 BHK flats are a good size, around 680 square feet carpet area, suitable for them. It's reassuring that MG Real Estate provides 24x7 water supply, as that’s important for elderly residents. The development is also close to Manishnagar, which has essential services. I hope the maintenance is handled well by the society management.

We decided on MG Krutanjali Apartments because it's very close to Desai Motor School, making morning drop-offs so much easier. The 2 BHK configuration, with carpet areas ranging from 667 to 689 square feet, offered enough space for our small family. The availability of both open and closed parking is convenient. A minor issue we've noticed is that the electrical meter room is quite close to our balcony, sometimes leading to a humming noise. However, the 24x7 water supply is consistent, which is crucial with kids. MG Real Estate seems to have provided the basic necessities well.

I picked up a 2 BHK unit in MG Krutanjali Apartments primarily as an investment. The area of Somalwada is developing, and being ready to move means it can be rented out immediately. The carpet area, around 689 square feet, is standard for the configuration. While prices weren't available, I'm banking on future appreciation in this locality. The presence of a sewage treatment plant and sub-station are basic but necessary amenities. My only reservation is that the access road could be better maintained; it's a bit dusty right now.

We bought a flat at MG Krutanjali Apartments because the location in Somalwada is quite convenient for my business. Being ready to move was a big plus, as I didn't want to wait. The 667 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK is decent enough for occasional visits or for staff accommodation. Parking is available both open and closed, which is good. However, the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit frustrating. Overall, it serves its purpose as a functional space close to my work.

Moving into MG Krutanjali Apartments was a smooth process as it was ready to move. I wanted a place close to work and the Ujjwal Nagar Metro Station is a real lifesaver for my daily commute. The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of about 675 square feet, which is spacious enough for me. Having 24x7 water supply is a huge relief. The open parking is sufficient, but sometimes finding a spot close to the entrance can be a challenge during weekends. It’s a quiet enough building otherwise.
