We are looking at the 3 BHK apartments, around 1043 square feet, which should be enough space for our two children. The community buildings and purposeful open spaces are great for kids to play. The location in Balewadi is convenient, with D-Mart Baner nearby for shopping. The price starts at 1.26 Crore, which is reasonable given the location and amenities like 24x7 water supply. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in June 2029.
