    We were looking for a comfortable home in Bengaluru after retirement and settled on Mentsu Crescent. The location in Jakkur is peaceful, away from the main city hustle. We chose a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of about 1100 square feet. It's spacious enough for us. The price was around 75 Lakh. The project offeessential amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which we appreciate. The security is 24x7, which gives us peace of mind. A minor issue is the traffic on Jakkur Main Road during peak hou, but since we are retired, it doesn't affect us much. The nearby Saamar International School is a plus if we have grandchildren visiting. Mentsu Infra Pvt Ltd seems to have provided a good living environment here.
