I decided to book a 1 BHK apartment in Meghspah K3G G for my parents back in Pune. The location on Ashram Road, Uruli Kanchan seems quite convenient, especially being close to National Highway-65 and Belsar Uruli Kanchan road. This should make it easy for them to travel or for visitoto reach. They also mentioned the hospital and school are right there, which is a huge relief. The apartment size of 498 Sq.ft carpet area is sufficient for two people. Construction is underway and expected to finish by March 2026. I hope the quality meets expectations. The developer is Meghspah Construction Group. I am trusting them based on their past projects.

We are upgrading from our rented place and decided on a 1 BHK at Meghspah K3G G. The carpet area is around 580 Sq.ft, which is a good step up for us. The location in Uruli Kanchan is quite accessible, being close to the highway and bus stop. This makes commuting to school easier. Meghspah Construction Group is the developer, and they expect to finish by March 2026. We were happy to see the plans for landscaping and tree planting; it will make the surroundings pleasant. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project site can be a bit narrow and bumpy currently, which might be inconvenient for some. We are hopeful the builder will improve this access.
