My husband and I were looking for a 1 BHK near Pune for our work. Elite Aanchal D Building looked promising. The location in Uruli Kanchan is close to NH-65, making our commute manageable. We checked out a 362 sq.ft flat, and the carpet area felt adequate for us. The price point between 20.29 L to 24.56 L was also quite reasonable for a ready-to-move property. We liked that they have landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place look nice. The closed car parking is also a plus. Water supply is 24x7 which is essential. We are happy with the overall feel of the project.

The 1 BHK flats are carpeted between 339 to 362 sq.ft, which is a decent size. The price range of 20.29 L to 24.56 L was within my expectations for a ready-to-move property. They have a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting, which shows some commitment to infrastructure. The highway connectivity is also good.

My only reservation is that the area is still quite industrial and might not appeal to all tenants immediately. The lack of OC availability is also something to consider.

The 1 BHK flat size of around 340 sq.ft carpet area is a bit compact for a family, but we managed as it was within budget at just over 20 lakh. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting. However, the OC is not available, which is a slight concern for us. Also, the Belsar Uruli Kanchan road can get busy.
