We purchased a 3 BHK here last month. The size is good, around 1730 square feet. My husband was impressed with the 100% Vastu compliant design. The proximity to Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, just about 1.5 kilometeaway, is very convenient for daily travel. Security features like video door security and 24x7 security are also reassuring. However, the construction dust on the site is quite noticeable during visits. Also, the road leading to the project could be wider. The price is substantial, upwards of 2.76 Crore, but we feel it's a secure investment in a developing area. Mani Group has a decent reputation.

The infinity edge pool with city views sounds amazing for relaxing after long shifts. I'm looking at the 4 BHKs, which are about 2086 square feet. The developer, Mani Group, seems to have put in a lot of amenities like a spa and mini theatre. The location in Kasba is also quite central. The main thing is it's ready to move, so I don't have to wait. The price is on the higher side, 2.76 Crore to 3.34 Crore, but the convenience factor is high for me.

We were looking for a spacious apartment and Megh Mani had some good options. The 3 BHKs are around 1722 to 1734 square feet, which is quite large. My husband liked the cricket pitch and the amphitheater, said it's good for team events. Location is decent, EM Bypass is only 2 kilometeaway, so commuting isn't too bad. The G+37 tower looks imposing. Price is a bit high though, going up to 3.34 Crore for the bigger flats. Parking is also a bit of a concern, we have two caand it might get tight. Overall, it's a good project with good amenities, just the price point and parking need consideration.
