It's ready to move in, which was a big deal since we didn't want to wait. The price was a bit high at around 4.11 Crore, but it seemed like a fair deal for a villa in West Hyderabad. The developer, Mega Meadows, seems to have a good reputation. The Vastu compliance was also important to us.
