We bought a flat in Meadows, Mannagudda, Mangalore. As a government employee, I value reliability and location. K2 Builde& Realtodelivered a ready to move project. The proximity to the old bus stand, a short distance, is very useful for commuting and travel. Also, the fact that SHARADA VIDYALAYA Kodialbail,Mangaluru is nearby is a huge plus for families. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a slight concern given it's supposed to be ready. However, the overall build quality looks good, and the neighbourhood is quite peaceful. The prices were within our budget expectations, making it a sensible purchase.

My only real complaint is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, and I worry about finding space during busy visiting times.
