Its proximity to Sharada Vidyalaya Kodialbail and KMC Hospital Mangaluru, both at nearby, is incredibly convenient for our daily commutes and peace of mind. We were looking for a comfortable home and this project by Apoorva Buildeoffethat. The only slight drawback is that Mannagudda road can get congested, making travel to places like the Old Bus Stand (2.7 km) slightly longer than anticipated during busy times. Overall, a good choice.
