I purchased a 3 BHK villa at MBR Artha Reviera in Maur for my parents. The built-up area is a generous 1453 sq.ft., offering ample space for them. The price point of 65.75 Lakhs onwards was within my investment budget. It's ready to move, so they could occupy it immediately without any waiting period. I chose this location on Chandapura Anekal Road because it's accessible, with Maoor Gate Bus Stop a short distance, making it easy for them to travel. The amenities like the swimming pool and terrace garden are great for their leisure. My only reservation is the age of the project, completed in August 2011, and the lack of an OC, which I hope doesn't cause issues later.

Since it's ready to move, we could shift almost immediately. The jogging track is also a great addition for our morning routines. The only downside is the traffic on Chandapura Anekal Road during peak hou; it can be a bit of a crawl sometimes. But having Maoor Gate Bus Stop a short distance helps.

I did notice some dust on the terrace garden, probably from ongoing construction nearby. Overall, it felt like a fair deal if you ignore the OC issue.
