The price is in the range of 42.0 L to 52.0 L. The location in Maur, off Chandapura-Anekal Main Road, is reasonably connected. I visited the site and saw the amenities like the tennis court and badminton court, which are good for staying active. The only minor drawback is that Anekal Railway Station is nearby, which is a bit far for daily commuting.
