Looking for a solid property in South Bangalore, MBM Elegance caught my eye. I bought a 1332 square feet 3 BHK. The location on 18th Main Road in JP Nagar is decent, with good connectivity. Jayadeva Metro Station is about 2 kilometeaway, which is useful for commuting. The apartment comes with essential features like garbage disposal and ample water supply. The price of 52 Lakhs seemed fair for the built-up area. My only concern is the lack of readily available information about Occupation Certificate, which is a bit worrying. However, the developer, MBM Develope, has a reputation for finishing projects.

We recently moved into our new 2 BHK at MBM Elegance in Bengaluru. The 1062 square feet unit is cozy and well-designed for a young couple. We finally moved into our 3 BHK at MBM Elegance last month. It is a good size, around 1332 square feet, and feels much more spacious than our old rental. The location in JP Nagar is really convenient; ORCHIDS school is practically next door, which is perfect for the kids. The cycling and jogging track is also a nice touch for early morning runs. The interioare quite good, and the video door security gives us peace of mind. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road, but we are getting used to it. Overall, we are happy with the upgrade and the quality of the build.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat here a few months ago, a nice unit of about 1100 square feet. MBM Elegance is well-located in Gauramma Layout, close to essential services. Apollo Hospitals is just a short distance away, which was a major factor for me. The building has basic amenities like lifts and water storage, which are functional. However, I must mention that the construction completion was back in January 2012, and it took quite a while to get everything sorted. The gymnasium is functional, though not very large. The price point felt reasonable for the area, falling within the 45 to 63 Lakh budget range.

We chose MBM Elegance for our family home because of its location in JP Nagar, very close to ORCHIDS The International School. Our 3 BHK is quite spacious, around 1450 square feet, giving everyone enough room. The complex offea swimming pool, which the kids are thrilled about, and a dedicated children's play area. The price was towards the higher end of our budget, around 60 Lakhs, but the convenience of the location and the amenities made it worthwhile. Getting to Apollo Hospitals is also very quick, which is reassuring. We did face some initial dust from ongoing nearby construction, but that has settled down. The 24/7 water supply is a definite plus.
