I have invested in a 2 BHK flat at MB Sai Krupa. The carpet area is between 566 and 610 square feet. It is currently under construction, with possession expected in December 2027. The developer, MB Infraa, seems reliable based on their past projects. The project offebasic but important amenities such as a fire fighting system and solid waste management. The location in Chinchwad is developing well. The main drawback is that the price details were not available, so it was hard to gauge value for money at the time of booking. I am hoping for good appreciation in the coming yeaThe metro station is also quite close.

We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are quite spacious, ranging from 808 to 925 square feet carpet area. Lokmanya Hospital is also very close by, which provides peace of mind. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. The amenities like the entrance lobby and lifts are good. My only worry is the parking situation, as it wasn't very clear during our visit and seems like it might be a bit tight for larger families with multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the location is perfect for us.
