I purchased a plot here as an investment. The location in Kasba, Prantik Palli, is developing, and proximity to EM Bypass is a key factor for potential rental appreciation. Mayur City offeplots in sizes like 435 Sq.ft and 1292 Sq.ft. Navab Khan is the developer, and they have a few projects completed, which is a good sign. The planned completion date is February 2027. The amenities listed, such as electrification with transformer and solar energy options, and zero brokerage, are attractive from an investment pepective. While the immediate road access could be slightly better, the overall potential of the area seems promising for future returns. The area is growing fast.

We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rented apartment. Mayur City caught our eye because it's a residential plot project in a good area of Kolkata, Kasba. We are considering the 435 Sq.ft plot. Navab Khan is developing it. The proximity to Fortis Hospital (2.2 km) and Delhi Public School Ruby Park (1.6 km) is a huge advantage for us. The planned completion is February 2027. They are including amenities like 24x7 water supply and electrification, which are essential. The main concern for us is the price point, as it's a bit higher than what we initially budgeted, but the quality of construction and the developer's reputation seem to justify it. Having a gated community with CCTV surveillance is also a big plus for safety.

It's great that they are planning for solid waste management and water conservation. The location in Kasba is quite accessible, with Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station nearby, which is convenient for travel. My husband liked the idea of having a children's play area and recreation facilities within the gated community. The expected completion date is February 2027. The only downside we noticed during our visit was the traffic congestion on Rajdanga Main Road during peak hou, but that's typical for many parts of Kolkata. We are looking forward to the development.

My husband works near the Rashbehari Avenue, and the commute seems reasonable. Navab Khan is developing this, and they promise completion by February 2027. The landscaping and tree planting planned for the area sound nice. My only concern is the ongoing construction nearby, which can get a bit dusty at times. Otherwise, the presence of 24x7 water supply and street lighting is reassuring for future living. The location near Acropolis Mall is also very handy.

Having the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass nearby is convenient for getting around Kolkata. The developer, Navab Khan, seems to have included good amenities like rainwater harvesting and solid waste management, which are important for long-term living. The construction is ongoing, expected to finish by February 2027. We visited the site last week, and the area felt quite peaceful, which is what we are after. The nearby Delhi Public School is also a plus if any grandchildren visit.
