    I purchased a plot here as an investment. The location in Kasba, Prantik Palli, is developing, and proximity to EM Bypass is a key factor for potential rental appreciation. Mayur City offeplots in sizes like 435 Sq.ft and 1292 Sq.ft. Navab Khan is the developer, and they have a few projects completed, which is a good sign. The planned completion date is February 2027. The amenities listed, such as electrification with transformer and solar energy options, and zero brokerage, are attractive from an investment pepective. While the immediate road access could be slightly better, the overall potential of the area seems promising for future returns. The area is growing fast.
