We got a 3 BHK, which is 1275 square feet built up, giving everyone their own space. It’s convenient as it’s close to schools and the metro station, Khudiram Metro Station, is nearby. The surrounding area is developing, and it’s good that NH-12 and NSC Bose Road are easily accessible for our daily travel. The building has high-speed elevatoand a gymnasium, which we use regularly. The water storage facility is also adequate. Mayfair Villa Pvt Ltd has provided a good living environment.
