We loved that it's located in Narendrapur, Kolkata, and is very close to essential places like Ram Krishna Mission and Welkin Medicare. The developer, Mayfair Villa Pvt Ltd, has included useful amenities like a gymnasium and high-speed elevatoOur main concern is the parking. While car parking is available, the spaces are quite tight, making it a bit difficult to maneuver larger vehicles. We hope they can address this. The location is generally good, with easy access to NH-12 and EM Bypass for our commutes.

    We moved into Mayfair Venus II about six months ago after retiring. The 1060 sq.ft 2 BHK is comfortable for my wife and me. Having Ram Krishna Mission so close is a blessing, very peaceful. The gymnasium is well-equipped and I use it almost daily. Power backup is also a good feature to have, though we haven't needed it yet. The location near NH-12 and EM Bypass makes it accessible. My only small complaint is the card room is a bit small, barely fits four people. Otherwise, the building is well-maintained by Mayfair Villa Pvt Ltd.

They also like that Welkin Medicare is right next door in case of emergencies. The building is ready to move, which was important as I couldn't visit often. Mayfair Villa Pvt Ltd seems to have decent amenities like 24x7 security and water storage. My parents did mention that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry weather, but overall they are happy with the apartment and the location.
