We needed a place with good access to schools for our children, and Mauli Dham seemed promising. It's very close to School of Schola, which was a huge factor for us. The plots are ready to move, and we are considering a plot size around 1000 square feet. Shashikant Thote has included essential services like power backup and fire sprinkle, which gives some peace of mind. The internal roads and footpaths are also well done. My only hesitation is that the overall area still feels a bit underdeveloped, and I am worried about the long-term infrastructure growth. However, the proximity to educational institutions is hard to beat.

We liked the fact that the plots are ready to move. We saw plots ranging from 544 square feet upwards, which gives flexibility. The only thing is the traffic on Hingna Road during peak houcan be a bit much, but that’s common in growing areas. The Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station is also relatively close, which is good for commuting.
