This is my fit property purchase, and I went with Marvel Orial in Ashok Nagar. The 3 BHK flat is 3160 square feet, which feels good for a start. I liked the idea of the solar water heating and the separate children's play area. The location is central, though reaching the Cubbon Park Metro Station takes nearby. Construction quality seems solid. The only slight downside is the traffic around Ashok Nagar can be heavy during peak hou, and finding parking for visitomight be a bit challenging on busy days. Overall, a decent place for a fit home.

We decided on Marvel Orial because it is ready to move and the location in Ashok Nagar, Central Bangalore is very convenient. My wife liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The 3160 square feet area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious for our needs. We also appreciated the power backup, which is essential. The nearby St. Joseph's Boys' High School is a plus for visiting grandchildren. The landscaped gardens are very calming. The project was completed in 2012, and it still feels quite modern.
