Being a ready to move in project was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The location on NIBM Road, Undri is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houWe really liked the amenities like the jogging track and the swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after work. The power backup is also essential for us since we both work from home sometimes. Marvel Realtodelivered the project by December 2014, which shows they are experienced. The clubhouse is a nice place to hang out too.
