We decided on Marvel Citrine mainly for the tranquil atmosphere and the large number of amenities available. The landscaped gardens and tree plantation give it a very green feel. We opted for a 2 BHK which is 1255 square feet, quite spacious for our needs now. The 24x7 security and gated community aspect provides peace of mind. It was ready to move in when we purchased it in 2011, which was a big plus. The location in Kharadi is developing well. The only minor issue is that the main road access can get a bit busy during peak hou, but within the complex it's very quiet.
