The built-up area is around 922 square feet, which gives me plenty of room. The price was about 48 Lakh, which was acceptable for my budget. I really appreciated the 24x7 security and the gated community aspect, making me feel safe. The swimming pool and landscaped gardens are nice additions for unwinding after work. My only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.
