The price was around 50 Lakh, which fit my budget for a fit home. It is a ready-to-move property, completed in February 2022. The amenities like car parking, 24x7 water supply, and lifts were important to me. The developer, Ghosh Properties, seems to have delivered on time. The nearby schools and bus stand are convenient. I feel secure with the 24x7 security and CCTV. The only drawback I noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in a nearby plot, but I expect that to settle down.

We moved from a rented place and wanted something ready, and this project was completed in February 2022. The price of approximately 50 Lakh was within our reach after saving for a long time. We liked that it's a gated community with round-the-clock security and CCTV. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are huge advantages. The location is also good; M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School is a short distance, which is very convenient for us. The only minor concern is the approach road, which is a bit narrow.

My main concern was the OC status, which was not available, but the builder assured me it would be processed. The price was around 50 Lakh.
