It is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. The location in Horamavu is good, with easy access to the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. Maruti Buildcon completed this project in 2012. The apartment feels spacious, and we liked the provision for a children's play area. The price was slightly higher than we initially planned, but the quality and the amenities like indoor games and a cycling track made it worthwhile. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.
