The apartments are quite large, with built-up areas up to 1483 square feet. The price for a 3 BHK goes up to 79.67 Lakhs, which is a bit high but we feel the space and amenities justify it. Marutham Group has a good reputation. We saw they have a Reflexology Park and a Flower Garden, which would be nice for relaxing. Construction is ongoing, aiming for March 2027 completion. We hope the quality is good when it's finished.
