JHL VM Nagar seemed like a good option because it's relatively close to Alwin International Public School, which is about a 5.6 kilometer drive. The plots come in different sizes, we are looking at something around 1058 Sq.ft. The price range of 6.04 Lakh to 18.4 Lakh fits our budget for now. It is ready to move which is a big plus. The children's play area is a nice touch for the kids. The only thing we are a bit concerned about is the distance from the main city and potential traffic during peak houwhen we eventually move here permanently. But overall, the open space and the idea of building our own home is exciting.
