We were renting in Ghaziabad for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place in Mapsko Krishna Apra Gardens. We chose a 3 BHK flat around 1180 sq.ft. The biggest advantage for us is that St Teresa School is nearby, and Max Hospital is also right next door. This convenience for our children and any medical emergencies is invaluable. The project has a swimming pool and gym, which we plan to use. The price, starting from 1.15 Cr, is manageable for us now. The only slight downside is the construction is from 2004, so we are hoping the maintenance is up to par. We haven't seen the OC details yet, which is a little worrying.

Living in Indirapuram, Vaibhav Khand, has its benefits, including proximity to Noida Electronic City Metro Station, which is only about 1.28 kilometeaway. This makes commuting easier. The children's play area is a big plus for my kids. However, the price range of 1.15 Cr to 1.85 Cr was at the higher end of our budget. Also, during peak hou, the traffic getting out of Indirapuram can be quite challenging. Overall, the amenities like the clubhouse and gymnasium are good.

We recently moved into Mapsko Krishna Apra Gardens, a 3 BHK flat of 1180 sq.ft. The proximity to St Teresa School (0 KM) and Max Hospital (0 KM) was the deciding factor for us. It's incredibly convenient for the kids' education and our peace of mind. The children's play area and the landscaped gardens are well-used by my children. While the project was completed in 2004, the common areas are generally clean. My main concern is the noise from the nearby road at times, especially during the day. Also, finding parking can be a bit of a hassle if we have guests. The price felt a little steep at 1.15 Cr for a 2004 build, but the location’s advantages are undeniable. The jogging track is a nice touch.

The landscaped gardens and the presence of a swimming pool were also appealing factoWhile the property is older, the sense of community here feels strong. The Vastu compliance was another point that resonated with my beliefs. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the ample parking space is convenient.
