We love the idea of a gated community with 24x7 water supply and security. It feels safe. The design by Chetan Pancholi Architects is functional and the villa layout is efficient. The proximity to Madhur Circle and the Ring Road is convenient for commuting. We did notice the traffic on the main road can get heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider if you travel a lot during those times. But overall, we are happy with our purchase.
