  Getting to work is important for me. The location of Arihant Avenue in Ghanteshwer is decent. Crystal Schools is a short distance, which is convenient if I ever need to visit it, though I don't have kids. The bus stop is also close by. Anuradha Realty handed over the property when it was ready to move. It’s a residential project. Sometimes traffic can get a little heavy during peak hounear the main junctions, but that’s typical for Rajkot. The space is manageable for one peon. I haven't had any major problems since moving in. The building seems well-maintained.

  I bought this property in Arihant Avenue as an investment. The Ghanteshwer area has good potential for growth and rental demand, especially with its connectivity. Being ready to move in makes it attractive for immediate rental income. Anuradha Realty is a developer with a track record. The proximity to Madhapar Chokdi Bus Stop is a plus point for tenants. My only concern is that the construction quality, while decent, doesn't feel premium. However, given the price point which was competitive, it’s a reasonable buy for investment purposes. I am expecting good appreciation in the coming yeadue to the strategic location.
