As a business owner, my time is valuable, so a ready-to-move property was essential. Maphar Serene in Attapur, West Hyderabad, offered just that. I bought a 3 BHK apartment, approximately 1600 sq.ft. The larger configurations here are quite substantial. The bar/chill-out lounge is a nice touch for unwinding. The price was in the 58 Lakh range for my unit. The location is quite accessible, and it's great that Duaa The Global Schools is so close. My main concern would be the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can get quite heavy. However, the overall quality and amenities make up for it.

My partner and I were looking for a ready-to-move apartment in West Hyderabad, and Maphar Serene caught our eye. We opted for a 2 BHK unit, around 1350 sq.ft. The price range was competitive for the area, falling between 41.83 L and 60.48 L. The central cooling system is a lifesaver during summer. We also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location is good, with Zoi Hospitals nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The only drawback is that sometimes finding parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have guests over, as the car parking slots are not very generous.

After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own place at Maphar Serene. We chose a 2 BHK, around 1300 sq.ft. It was ready to move, which was perfect for us. The amenities like the gymnasium and the waiting lounge are quite nice. The location in Attapur is decent, a short distance NM Guda Bus Stop, making commutes manageable. The overall budget of 41.83 L to 60.48 L was manageable for us. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the place feel fresh. The only thing is that the balcony space could have been a bit larger in our unit.

Relocating to Hyderabad for my new hospital posting, I needed a home quickly. Maphar Serene was ready to move and located conveniently in Attapur, West Hyderabad, which is close to Zoi Hospitals. I opted for a 2 BHK apartment, around 1250 sq.ft. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which was acceptable given the immediate availability. The central cooling system is a definite plus for the climate here. The security features, including 24x7 CCTV surveillance, provide peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex pleasant. While the overall build quality seems good, I haven't seen the OC details yet, which is something I'd like to clarify.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Maphar Serene, which was completed in December 2015. The built-up area is around 1500 sq.ft, offering good space. The price was reasonable, around 52 Lakhs for my unit. Being ready to move in was a major advantage. The proximity to Attapur is good, a short distance. I appreciate the fire fighting system and the lifts that are usually operational. The gymnasium is an added benefit for staying fit. The surrounding area is developing, and I see potential for appreciation in the long term. The developer, Maphar Constructions, seems reliable.
