The availability of a jogging track and a gymnasium within the premises is perfect for our lifestyle. It’s good that the project is ready to move in, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The developer, Maphar Constructions, has maintained the property well since its completion in June 2012. The staff quarter facility is also a convenience. The location in West Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam, is decent, though access to the main road could be slightly better. Overall, a comfortable retirement home.
