The main reason we chose this project by Maphar Constructions was its proximity to Hidayah Islamic International School in Mehdipatnam, which is just a short walk away for the kids. The built-up area for our flat is around 1550 square feet, giving us enough space for the family. We appreciate the 24/7 security and the power backup, which are essential for us. The only downside is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, overall, we are happy with the decision, and the children are settling in well. The car parking is also adequate for our two vehicles.
