The connectivity to Bannerghatta Road and the Outer Ring Road is excellent for potential renteHowever, the lack of clear OC status information is a slight concern for a resale investment. The Vastu compliance and landscaping are good selling points.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and well-located home. Mantri Elite in JP Nagar Phase 4 seemed like a good fit. The 1200 square feet 2 BHK is ample for my needs. I appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the landscaping around the complex. It's peaceful here, though the traffic on Bannerghatta Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is also reassuring. Construction was completed in 2003, so it's an established property. I've found the amenities like the multipurpose room useful for spending my time.

It's a ready-to-move-in property, which simplified my move significantly. Parking is available, but can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes.
